These terms apply when you use 100isthenew50.com (the "site") and when you pay to place or raise a listing on it. By paying for a listing you accept them, together with the Rules and the Privacy Policy. The operator's details are on the Contact page.

1. What the site is

The site is a public leaderboard. Each listing is a website or an X profile, and listings are ordered only by the amount paid for them. There is no editorial review before a listing goes live, and a rank says nothing about the quality of what is listed.

2. What you are paying for

  • A public listing that links to the address you submitted, shown at the position its total supports on each board it counts toward.
  • Your position can change at any time, because other listings can pay more. A rank is not reserved, guaranteed or time-limited.
  • We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks, sales or other results.
  • The Today board and each Daily board only count payments made within that UTC day.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record and reseller. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment itself, and your receipt comes from Paddle.
  • Prices are in whole US dollars and already include any sales tax or VAT. Paddle works out the tax inside the price you see, so the amount shown is the amount charged.
  • A rank is assigned when Paddle confirms the payment, at the position your total supports at that moment. A payment that can't be applied as quoted (the confirmed amount differs, or another payment for the same listing changed its total first) is not ranked and is refunded on request.
  • Payments are final. Changes in a listing's position on any board, and the traffic it receives, are a normal part of the service and do not entitle you to a refund; neither does removal of a listing under section 5. This does not limit statutory rights you have under Paddle's buyer terms or the law that applies to you.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back, the related listing may be removed.

4. Who can list

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must own the website or X profile you list, or be authorized to represent it.
  • You are responsible for what the listed address shows, including its legal notices and operator details.

5. Listing content and removal

Listings must follow the Rules. We may refuse, edit the displayed name or description of, recategorize, hide or remove any listing at any time, in particular for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, sexual or infringing content, malware or phishing, impersonation, or missing operator details. Removal does not lead to a refund.

6. Fair use

Do not manipulate click counts, automate claims, scrape the site at a disruptive rate, or try to get around the pricing rules. Clicks are de-duplicated and rate-limited, and we may discard activity we believe is automated.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the actions of third parties, including the sites that listings link to. Our total liability for any claim relating to a listing is limited to the amount paid for that listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect payments made before they were published.
